Many people say that you can see by the morning how your day will be, so why not to make you day great by starting your morning with some rituals that will make you feel better. Here are the following ten habits we strongly recommend you to start your day with:
Wake up on time
The worst thing you can do in the morning is to press the snooze button. Calm Down and Meditate
In order to help yourself to finish your work quickly and easily, you should clear your mind with meditation, which will only take you like five minutes in the morning, but the results will be present the whole day. Stretch

Eat an Iron-packed Breakfast
The most important meal of the day is breakfast, so make sure not to skip it. Also, try to consume breakfast that contains high amount of iron, because lack of iron will make you feel less energizes.

In order to intake iron, you should consume foods like beans, eggs, green leafy vegetables and peanut butter. Read in Bed
In order to sleep well, try to keep all the technology away from your body before going to sleep. Also, try not to use internet before going to bed, instead, you can read classic book which will make you fall asleep quickly and have a restful night. On the other hand, you can use technology in the morning to read the news and check out your messages.
Don’t Sleep in on Weekends
Try to be active during the weekend, avoid oversleeping Saturday and Sunday. Be creative and do something interesting, instead of spending your free time in bed.
