NASA Confirms: People Are Capable Of Super Human Abilities Using These Ancient Techniques!

Ever wanted to be in more than one place at a time? Sun gazing (also known as sun-eating) is a strict practice of gradually introducing sunlight into your eyes at the lowest ultraviolet-index times of day – sunrise and sunset.  Those who teach the practice say there are several rules to the practice. First, it must be done within the hour after sunrise or before sunset to avoid damaging the eyes. Second, you must be barefoot, in contact with the actual earth – sand, dirt or mud; and finally, you must begin with only 10 seconds the first day, increasing by 10 second intervals each day you practice. Nikolai Dolgoruky of the Ukraine calls himself a ‘sun-eater’. He has been practicing sun gazing for the past 12 years and has largely subsisted off solar energy since he began. Others have reported losing the need for food after only 9 months of sun gazing (by which time the practitioner has worked up to a maximum of 44 minutes). After 9 months of practice, you need only walk barefoot on the earth for 45 minutes per day, 6 days in a row to further the process of what has been initiated by sun gazing.
Sun-gazing is a practice also called the HRM phenomenom, coined as such after Hira Ratan Manek, the man who submitted himself to NASA for scientific testing to confirm that he does indeed possess the almost ‘super-human’ ability of not eating, gained through his dedication to this interesting marvel. Funded by NASA, a team of medical doctors at the University of Pennsylvania observed Hira 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for 100 days. NASA confirmed that he was indeed able to survive largely on light with occasionally a small amount of buttermilk or water during this time.

During your first 3 months of practice, the suns energy is moving through the eyes and charging the hypothalamus tract, says those who have studied this technique and used it. The hypothalamus tract is the pathway to the rear of the retina which leads to the brain. The brain then, over time, becomes activated by the energy supply being received by the sun. You will first experience a relief of mental tension and worry, since most worry is fueled by the energy received by the foods we eat. Since food gets it’s energy from the sun, it is said to be readily available to sun-eaters without the trouble of digestion. Though hunger is said to eventually cease, it is fine to continue eating regularly during initial stages, until appetite disappears naturally.

Reports on sun gazing say that the bad qualities normally associated with any person will gradually disappear and good qualities will remain, explaining that ‘bad qualities’ only develop in the absence of sunlight. Bad qualities like anger, fear, jealousy, lust – are said to disappear – and be replaced by a certain confidence and ‘spiritual knowing’ that senses more purely the heart of an issue.
At 3-6 months of gazing, the studies show that physical diseases start to disappear. They say that by the time one is gazing 30 minutes per day (building up 10 seconds per day) all the colors of the sun will have reached the brain. Color therapists attribute their healing of certain diseases to flooding the body and brain with the particular color that is lacking – depending on the ailment. For example, in liver disease, the color green is deficient. The kidneys need red, and the heart, yellow. All of the organs and all of the systems are said to respond to different colors of the rainbow, which is why it is also recommended to eat a diet rich in a variety of colors. It is recommended during the 3-4 month period that you use autosuggestion to see your body already healed of any perceived weakness or disease. This action will facilitate the process of returning to wholeness.
As you continue the process, it is reported that after 6 months, the energy stored from the technique is no longer being used for repairing the body or the mind and can move now into supporting you in gaining more super-human abilities.


By seven and a half months of gazing, now at 35 minutes, need and desire for food is dwindling. After 90 days of accumulative gazing equaling 44 minutes, you cease the gazing and start the barefoot walking 45 minutes per day for 6 days. At this point, I could imagine, hey – if you made it this far, what’s a year of barefoot walking an hour per day to keep it all? You will have to try it out and see for yourself.

This story is about a marriage ending and will speak to everyone whether you are married or not. This man has fallen in love with a co-worker, named Jane. However, he is married to Amy and has been for 10 years. I know that sounds simple and common, but read on because I promise when you read their story, you will be stunned as the events unfold.
When I got home that night as my wife served dinner, I held her hand and said, I’ve got something to tell you. She sat down and ate quietly. I observed the concern in her eyes.
Suddenly I didn’t know how to open my mouth. But I had to let her know what I was thinking. “I want a divorce” I said calmly. She didn’t seem to be annoyed by my words, but instead asked me softly, “Why?”
I avoided her question which only made her angry. That night, we didn’t talk to each other and she went to bed in tears. I knew she wanted to find out what had happened to our marriage, but I could hardly give her an answer. How could I tell my wife of 10 years that I had fallen in love with someone else?
With a deep sense of guilt, I drafted a divorce agreement which stated that she could own our house, our car, and 30% ownership of my company. She glanced at it and then tore it into pieces. I felt sorry for her. I was sorry for how she was feeling, but I could not take back what I had said. I had fallen in love with Jane who worked at my company.
Finally, she cried loudly in front of me, which was what I had expected to see. To see and hear her cry was actually a bit of a release. The idea of divorce which had obsessed me for several weeks now seemed to be firmer and clearer now.
The next day, I came back home very late, having spent the day with Jane, and found Amy sitting at the table writing…something. I didn’t know what to say, so I went straight to bed and fell asleep. When I awoke, she was still there at the table writing. Without asking any questions, I went back to bed. Quite honestly, I just didn’t care.
In the morning she presented her divorce conditions: she didn’t want anything materialistic from me. She requested that during the next 30 days, that we both work to live as normal a life as possible. Her reasons were simple: our son had his exams in a month’s time and she didn’t want to disrupt him with news of our broken marriage.

This was agreeable to me. But she had something more. She asked me if I remembered our wedding day. And how I had carried her into out bridal room, over the threshold that night. She continued and requested that every day for the next month’s duration that I carry her out of our bedroom to the front door every morning. I thought she was going crazy. Just to make our last days together bearable, I accepted her odd request.
I immediately told Jane about my wife’s divorce conditions. She laughed it off and thought it was absurd. Jane said that, “Amy will have to face the divorce no matter what tricks she was trying to use.”
Now, Amy and I hadn’t had any body contact since the night I told her of my affair and my plans to divorce her. So when I carried her out on the first day, we both appeared clumsy and awkward. Our son clapped behind us, cheering “Daddy is holding Mommy in his arms!” His words made me sad. From the bedroom to the sitting room, then to the door, I managed to get her to the front door. Before I put her down, she whispered, “don’t tell our son about the divorce.” I nodded in agreement, feeling somewhat upset. I put her down outside the door. We both headed off to work.
The next day, as I carried her through the house, we both were a little more relaxed. She leaned on my chest. I could smell the fragrance of her perfume on her blouse. I realized that I hadn’t looked at this woman carefully for a long time. I realized she was not young any more. There were fine wrinkles on her face and her hair was beginning to gray. For a moment, I thought about what I had done to her.
On the fourth day, when I lifted her up, I felt a sense of intimacy returning. This was the woman who had given ten years of her life to me and a beautiful son. On the fifth and sixth day, I realized that I still loved her. (I did not share my thoughts with either Jane or Amy) I also noticed, that It became easier to carry her as the month slipped by. Perhaps the everyday workout was making me stronger?
One morning, as we were dressing for work, Amy mentioned that she was struggling with what to wear. She tried on quite a few dresses but because she had lost weight, nothing fit as it did before. Then it hit me. I suddenly realized that she had grown so thin, that was the reason why I could carry her more easily.
A few moments later, our son came into our room and said, “Dad, it’s time to carry Mom to the door.” To him, seeing his father carrying his mother out had become an essential part of his life. My wife gestured to our son to come closer and she hugged him tightly. I turned my face away because I was afraid of the feelings I was having. I then picked her up and carried her through the rooms of our home. Her hands were wrapped gently around my neck, so softly and naturally. I held her body tightly and found myself feeling the way I had felt on our wedding day.
On the last day of the monty, when I held her in my arms I could hardly move a step. Her weight loss now made me sad and concerned me. I held her tightly and said, “Im so sorry…I hadn’t noticed that our life lacked REAL intimacy.
In that moment, I knew what I had to do. I quickly drove to the office…. jumped out of the car…and headed straight to Jane’s office. I opened her door and said very clearly, “I’m sorry, Jane, but I don’t want to divorce my wife anymore. I still love her and have realized over the last 30 days, that I carried her into my home on our wedding day and that I am supposed to hold her until death do us apart. And that’s what I’m going to do.”
As I quickly left the office, I immediately drove straight to the flower shop. I purchased a bouquet of flowers for my wife. The card read, “I’ll carry you out every morning until death do us apart.”
That evening I arrived home, flowers in my hands and a smile on my face. I felt so alive with my renewed love for my wife.
As I ran upstairs to our bedroom, I found Amy. I found my wife lying in our bed – dead. My wife had been fighting CANCER for months but I was so busy with Jane, I didn’t even notice. She knew that she would die soon and that’s why her final request was so important to her. She wanted to ensure that our son would see me, his Dad, as a loving husband. Carrying his mom gently to the door everyday.

For many in the world, the “American Dream” is the idyllic standard of living that promotes Democracy, Rights, Liberty, Opportunity, and Equality as a way to experience happiness.
This ideal was immortalized in the U.S. Declaration of Independence in 1776, which established in the American consciousness that “all men are created equal” that have the right to “Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.”
But for many today, escaping economic struggle, economic prosperity, and accumulating wealth is their main vision and interpretation of the “American Dream.”
As the music group the Talking Heads wrote in their song ‘Once in a Lifetime’:
“And you may find yourself living in a shotgun shack
And you may find yourself in another part of the world
And you may find yourself behind the wheel of a large automobile
And you may find yourself in a beautiful house, with a beautiful wife
And you may ask yourself: ‘Well.. How did I get here?’”

He was incredibly educated. He was very handsome. He had a beautiful wife and beautiful son. And he would have become an emperor, eventually. He gave it all up. And why? Because it’s impermanent. And the injustice that he’s in that position, and for him to be in that position, all these other people must be oppressed and subservient.”

The Buddha lived the ‘American Dream’ by the Western Standard, but realized that it brought suffering instead of happiness, and relinquished it to seek happiness from within.
“The root of suffering is attachment,” Buddha taught in the Pali canon, ‘Upadhi Dukkhassa MÅ«lanti’.
And this includes attachment to wealth and material possessions.
“Riches ruin the foolish, but not those in the quest of the Beyond,” said the Buddha in the ‘Dhammapada’ (v. 355). “Through craving for riches, the foolish one ruin himself as (if he were running) others.”
Or as David Byrne of the ‘Talking Heads’ expresses:
“And you may ask yourself
How do I work this?
And you may ask yourself
Where is that large automobile?
And you may tell yourself
This is not my beautiful house!
And you may tell yourself
This is not my beautiful wife!”
Jesus also cautioned against making wealth the priority in ones life:
“What does it profit them if they gain the whole world, but lose or forfeit themselves?” — Luke 9:25
“Sell your possessions, and give alms. Make purses for yourselves that do not wear out, an unfailing treasure in heaven, where no thief comes near and no moth destroys. For where your treasure is, there you heart will be also.” —Luke 12:33-34
If you interpret “Heaven” as meaning ultimate happiness, inner peace, wisdom and enlightenment, then what Buddha and Jesus taught was similar.
And what did Jesus say was the right use of money?
“Give to the one who asks you, and do not turn away from the one who wants to borrow from you.” — Matthew 5:42
Jesus especially taught to give to and help the poor:
“When you give a luncheon or a dinner, do not invite your friends or your brothers or your relatives or rich neighbors, in case they may invite you in return, and you would be repaid. But when you give a banquet, invite the poor, the crippled, the lame, and the blind. And you will be blessed, because they cannot repay you, for you will be repaid at the resurrection of the righteous.” — Luke 14:12-14
At the same time, Buddhism teaches that we have the ability, responsibility and freedom to create our own reality and circumstances, and not to rely on anything or anyone outside of ourselves.
The Dalai Lama, A Nobel Peace Prize winner and spiritual head of Tibetan Buddhism, expresses in the new ‘Dalai Lama’s Compassion in Action’ film:
“Buddha is our teacher. Real protector. Real protection comes through one’s own practice of Dharma. That is the Buddhist way. If we consider Buddha as a creator, then, Ok, pray to Buddha, and he may arrange our future. But since we do not have that idea, Buddhism actually taught us: ‘You, yourself are your own master. Ultimately you, yourself: creator.’ So one’s own future is entirely dependent on one’s own shoulder. Buddha taught that.”
The Dalai Lama’s words are echoed by the Buddha in the ‘Dhammapada’:
“All that we are is the result of what we have thought. It is founded on our thoughts. It is made up of our thoughts. If one speaks or acts with an evil thought, pain follows one, as the wheel follows the foot of the ox that draws the wagon… If one speaks or acts with a pure thought, happiness follows one, like a shadow that never leaves.”
(‘Dhammapada’ 1-2)
Even though the Dalai Lama has expressed his attraction to the best of the Marxist theory (especially regarding economic fairness and equality), he also has expressed his faith in our modern free-market system:
In the Dalai Lama’s book, ‘The Leader’s Way,’ he writes:
“I have come to put my faith in the free-market system… The fact that it allows for freedom and diversity of thought and religion has convinced me that it is the one we should be working from.”
The Dalai Lama’s hope is that from the foundation and principles of freedom (both religious and personal) and equal opportunity to pursue and attain happiness, that we can work within the modern world to create a level of happiness that we strive to experience.
But, as the Dalai Lama and the Buddha often teach, we must question and verify what we are told, and what we create is up to us:
“You yourself must strive. The Buddhas only point the way.” – The Buddha, ‘Dhammapada’

5 Ways To Remove Negative Energy Around You

Negative energy can turn your life upside down.  It can cause you to feel unsettled or “off.”  Negative energy can seep into your entire life.  It can be hard to determine exactly what is causing the negative energy, but removing it from your life is one of the best things you can do for yourself.  Well, I have some good news!  There are some simple, inexpensive ways to rid yourself and your surroundings of negative energy.  Below, I have listed 6 ways to do just that.

1. Smudging

Smudging is the common name given to the Native American tradition known as the Sacred Smoke Bowl Blessing.  Smudging has been a part of the spirituality of Native Americans for thousands of years, and you can do it yourself in your own space.
Most people use sage for smudging, but there are other herbs you can use, too, such as frankincense, sandalwood, palo santo and myrrh.  Simply place the dried herb leaves in a fire-proof bowl or bundle them tightly together.  Light the pile or bundle, let it burn a moment, then gently blow the flames out.  You will be left with a smoldering bundle/pile that will release smoke.  Fan the smoke gently as you walk around your home and imagine the smoke passing through you, drawing out all of the negativity.
When you reach the stopping point in your home, open a window to allow all of the negative energy to flow out.

2. Music

Since we all have our own vibration, it makes sense that music would help re-align our energies.  Playing an instrument, singing or just listening to music can bring positive energy into your space.  There are also some positive health benefits that can occur when you sing and/or play music.
It can improve cognition, strengthen your lungs, improve your posture, lower your blood pressure and improve your mood.  Music attracts positive energy and the best thing is, you can take it with you everywhere you go.

3. Plants

Plants have been scientifically proven to clean the air inside our homes.  They’re also a great natural negative energy filter.

Place at least one plant (more if possible) in each room in your home and you will begin to notice the difference right away.  Opening curtains and allowing sunshine into the home is also a great negative energy cleanser.

4. Room spray

Using room spray made with essential oils is also a good way to clear away negative energies.  Some of the best oils to use are rose, frankincense, lavender and patchouli.  Just get a clean spray bottle, add a cup or two of filtered water or witch hazel and a few drops of essential oils.
Using a scent you enjoy will work more effectively in your environment.  Shake to mix, then spray your room.  You can even use this on yourself!

5. Black tourmaline

Black tourmaline is an inexpensive crystal that helps to absorb negativity.  Place some in each room, especially around electronics because they tend to create chaotic energy in your home.
It’s important to remember that YOU have more to do with your environment than anything else. While clearing negative energy can be incredibly helpful, you still have to take responsibility for your own thoughts, beliefs, attitudes, health, and relationships.  Negative energy in our environment can be a factor in our well-being, but it should not be blamed for destroying relationships, “making” you be a certain way, causing illness, etc. Well-being is about changing YOUR energy, too.

The liver, which is located in the right upper quadrant of the abdomen and partially protected by the ribs, is the largest solid organ in the human body. The liver is critical for a number of bodily functions. Ergo, it is important to know the signs of liver damage and to take care of the liver.


There are over 100 different types of liver disease and each has different manifestations. Some of these disease are hepatitis, alcoholic liver disease, and cirrhosis of the liver and fatty liver disease.  People usually mistake these symptoms for something else since they are not specific. Here is a list of the most common early signs.
  1. Upset Stomach
Vomiting and nausea are common symptoms, but they can mimic other diseases like food poisoning, migraines, motion sickness, vertigo, vomiting, depression and early pregnancy. Moreover, they can mimic kidney issues as well. People who have liver damage are likely to suffer from persistent nausea, since the liver’s ability to eliminate toxins had reduced.
The nausea can also be due to the constant changes in digestion and metabolism. In case you have these symptoms, consult a doctor.
  1. Overall Weakness and Fatigue

Fluid retention is one of the early warning signs, particularly in the feet and ankles. Fluid retention can be caused by lymphatic disease, heart failure, hormonal imbalance, and kidney problems as well.
  1. Increased Skin Itching
In case of liver deficiency, the skin is more sensitive than usual and often flakes and itches, and it is also hypersensitive to touch. There could also be more bruises and increased veins visibility. Keeping the skin moist is helpful, but the problem will not go away till the liver issue is solved.
  1. Abdominal Pain
This pain is normal for damaged liver.
  1. Constipation, Diarrhea and Intestinal Bleeding
The liver is responsible for making clotting factors and sans them, there is bleeding of the intestines related with constipation and diarrhea.
