3 WAYS TO STOP ABSORBING OTHER PEOPLE’S NEGATIVE EMOTIONS

If you have opened to read these words, I completely bow and honor you, who feel the world with their heart first and then the mind. This is an integration and collaboration for the new world and fifth dimensional reality to arise. I see you, I feel you and I am so excited you are here, thank you infinitely!
I will start this off by saying the word Empath gets swung around a lot in the psychic realm or alternative community, it is built almost seemingly from the mystics but there is a very fine tuned science and brain chemistry to define an Empath and the neurology associated with such people.
One day I will write more about that science but for now… Empaths are the people with the power to feel other people’s emotions. The saying runs true, it is both a blessing and a curse to feel the world through the heart of someone who carries the world within it. In my opinion, this is the attunement of the new age. Being able to feel another person’s heart is a gift that is being given to so many to help change the planet! Congratulations, if you can relate to this article, you have been selected as a bringer of transformation. Can you feel it?  
For thousands of years we have not had the ability to interconnect with so many beings at one time and for the first time the majority of the planet with a computer screen facillitator, can read and become educated about the strange world they would have mentally shut out. We are entering a time on our planet where it is no longer needed to protect ourselves or separate ourselves for survival but the exact opposite is need for our survival, to join our hearts together as one to help heal the planet we have separated ourselves from.
We need to feel the person next to us to give them the few words that come with ease and grace so we can to help them on their healing journey. We need to feel deeply within to be able to see the destruction of the planet and hear the voice that will tell us the solutions. Feel to reconnect your cranial antenna (your pineal gland and pituitary) to the circuitry of your brain that will truly connect you to the entirety of the universe. But wait wasn’t this article supposed to be about not feeling or not absorbing other’s feelings? Yes, yes, just wanted to lay some groundwork of why what you are experiencing is truly incredible.
So to the part that isn’t so glamorous: I know that feeling oh so well of walking into a congested room and feeling the vibrational cyclone overwhelm your whole entire being. Looking into some beings eyes and feeling that moment in complete synchronicity with them. Whether it be, being brought to tears of joy or agonizing pain; intertwining outside of bodily constructs to merge perfectly in the ethos with a stranger. In a world that is filled with chaos, this entanglement often feels involuntary. The entanglement feels like an energy donor situation or depletion and here is where you can take your innate and instinctual gifts to engage your energy field to give what is needed to yourself and the beings on the planet.
 See, the way I see it Empaths are the catalyst for change, I MUST MENTION that this is NOT suppose to be at your sacrifice in this dimensional shift. Instead of a duality state of giving of yourself to be able to receive something, it is more like an alchemist pot.
We feel emotions coming through our bodies because our electromagnetic centers are so clear vibrationally, that we can pick up the signals of other to help recalibrate those around us. Again, this is not suppose to be at the expense of you or the other person but more of a soul tuning and refinement.
Just as a guitarist listens to a certain cord to tune his guitar, this frequency exchange is what most Empaths are feeling. We have received our attunement from the center of all the universe, specifically Gaia’s calibration of her electromagnetic centers or the polar shift (which has already begun). Though it is not our job to completely “tune” someone else. We are here to feel their emotional state as a vibration and then the paradigm shift is not to sink to their vibrational state but to go within once again, to find the true resonance of the new planet Earth and then vibrate that into all of the space around us for calibration.
I will give an example of how I have been utilizing this internal technology: Say someone is in my space and I can feel that energetically they are directing anger towards me, someone or something around me ( which to me feels like energy daggers) or someone is sad, depressed, or needy (which to me feels like they are creating a vibrational vortex to try to restart their internal generator or in other words suck energy from you, someone or something in the room).
 Acknowledge Their Energy, “I see you” – There is this space in the ethereal that most sensitive people or Empaths can feel and that is the place where all of the universe comes from. The singularity, this is where all of the universe culminates and although this is the last thing you would want to hear at this moment when you feel the need to throw up a psychic protective wall, the truth is in the end and/or beginning all of infinity joins in one point (or at least that is what quantum physics is pointing to right? ;) )
When you “call the energy out” there is a neutralization that happens within the laws of entanglement theory in physics. You are saying to their energy field and to their higher selves or to the electromagnetic space uniting the two of you, “
You are being heard, you are not alone and we are one.” In a dualistic reality there are really only two spectrums of emotional resonance and then all of the thousands of variations that stem from that. The two spectrums being: love (the state that we are entangling and one) and fear (the state that we are separate and alone).
Both are polar power states of being but in my experience when you call out something that is afraid of being separate (I.E. Someone like I mentioned above in neediness or anger) this subtle reminder calibrates the remembrance that they can not be separate, if someone seemingly outside of them can feel their pain.
Go With The Flow, “let it go” –  This next step seems counter intuitive as well because our first response when we feel energetic daggers (as mentioned above) or black hole vortices coming at us is to shut down, run away or strike back (all lower , primitive brain functions). These are all energetic amplifications or replications and mirrors of what you are feeling. Therefore whether you need to walk away from the situation to do this next exercise or stay in the situation because you can’t leave, let the emotion pass through your body without letting it “stick” internally.
For example: One of the adaptable substances on our planet is bamboo, like bamboo let the strong gusty breeze of negative emotion move through you, imagine their emotion as a cloud in the sky just passing by with the current. Finally bless this emotion as it passs through and by you. You have already felt the emotion, the electromagnetics of the energy exchange has already been done, no need to throw up a protection bubble just to seal things in. (Although I am just saying this to add emphasis, protection bubbles do work)
My favorite is to recognize the feeling and bless that feeling through my heart chakra with compassion. By thinking, “I have been there before, please offer this person grace through this.” Use your greatest crucible for transformation: your heart! You will not only start to transform your heart to be more open and healing but the other person will feel your opening and will start to shift, even if only slightly.
 Go With-In or Go With-Out, “we are one” – In my opinion, this is the most important part! Choose to go with-in and feel your heart center again (which is the center of all your being). Go to a quiet place, close your eyes and think of something that makes you happy or feel pure.
You have officially rebooted your heart resonance generator! There is also a second option, I started using this with practice, which is to feel your heart vibrational center and then shift the other person’s energy by opening a compassionate conversation or even just compassionate actions like a hug (depending on their openness of course).
Either way will bring you back to the singularity or you feeling “centered”.  Sometimes don’t like feeling others emotions because they have forgotten their own internal heart resonance. When you become that singularity within, you create that same resonance inyour external environment.
Some of the biggest “uploads” that I think we can receive at this time is to literally become the change we want to see in the world. You have been given this magical gift of feeling the world around you for a reason!
Yes, it is an extra sense that some have not tuned to yet. It is our amazing privilege to upgrade by integrating and internalizing this center and develop it’s magic to transform the hearts of humanity.
I know that anyone who is reading this is on the same mission and can feel where and what I am saying. To me knowing there is a tribe of us on the planet right now makes me so ecstatically happy.

5 Diseases That Can Grow In Your Body When You Don’t Sleep Enough

Sleep plays an important role in your physical health. For example, sleep is involved in healing and repair of your heart and blood vessels. Ongoing sleep deficiency is linked to an increased risk of heart disease, high blood pressure, diabetes, and stroke. – National Heart, Lung, and Blood Institute
Sleep is certainly an enjoyable and relaxing activity. It is also one of the most important activities for both our mental and physical health. Closing our eyes for at least a few hours every night allows our body to reboot and recharge after a long and strenuous day. The body and all-important brain undergoes several important processes during sleep that are critical to human function.
It makes sense, then, that sleep deprivation can cause serious problems. In many ways, we can feel the problems shortly after waking up. We can’t concentrate, and are extremely slow in getting our day started. When this happens on a daily basis, both our short- and long-term health can suffer serious consequences.
Years of scientific research have been conducted that demonstrates what goes on when we don’t make sleep a priority – or, to be fair, when one can’t sleep due to medical reasons. This research shows that sleep deprivation can cause a number of serious, and potentially life-threatening, health problems.
Here, we discuss five dangerous conditions or diseases that can surface as a result of not getting enough sleep. We’ll follow up this material with five ways in which we can all improve both the quality and quantity of our shuteye, as recommended by the National Sleep Foundation!

FIRST, HERE ARE THE FIVE CONDITIONS OR DISEASES:

1. ALZHEIMER’S

In a 2013 study conducted by John’s Hopkins University (JHU), researchers concluded that poor sleep habits can be a cause of Alzheimer’s Disease (ALS). Furthermore, this same study concluded that lack of sleep can expedite progression of the disease. The study was initiated by previous research, which posited that sleep was essential to the elimination of waste-like buildup that accumulated in the brain called “cerebral waste.”
The 70 research subjects involved in the JHU study were between the ages of 53 and 91. Subjects that continuously reported poor sleep showed a disproportionate amount of beta-amyloid in areas of their brain. Beta-amyloid is a compound substance that has been directly linked as a definitive indicator of ALS.

2. PROSTATE CANCER

In a study consisting of 2,425 Icelandic men between the ages of 67 and 96, researchers discovered that men with sleep problems were 60 percent more likely to develop prostate cancer. Shockingly, this number increased two-fold when participants reported difficulty staying asleep. Furthermore, researchers discovered that sleep deprived males were more susceptible to the cancer advancing to the late stages.
Scientists attribute the correlation between cancer and sleep deprivation to low levels of melatonin. Melatonin is an important chemical for suppressing tumor growth. When this chemical is too low – as it is with people who are sleep deprived – it becomes possible to accelerate cancerous growths.

3. CARDIOVASCULAR DISEASE

In simple terms, poor sleep is absolutely terrible for heart health. Poor sleep has been linked to cardiovascular disease for years; however, it wasn’t until just recently that scientists discovered a stronger correlation than before. In a 14-year study of 657 Russian men, two-thirds of those that experienced a heart attack also had a sleep disorder.
Additionally, subjects reporting a sleep disorder were 2.6 times more likely to develop a myocardial infraction, and 1.5 to 4 times more likely to experience a stroke.

4. OBESITY AND DIABETES

Loads of research had already concluded that a link existed between diabetes and poor sleep habits. However, a University of Chicago study further extended this link to include potential obesity – a condition known to precede diabetes. Researchers discovered that little sleep can exacerbate the accumulation of fatty acid levels within the blood, which can negatively alter how the body regulates blood sugar.

In the study of 19 men, researchers discovered that those who slept only four hours over a three night span had higher levels of fatty acid within the blood – up to a 30 percent increase over subjects who received 8 hours of sleep.

5. SUICIDAL THOUGHTS AND/OR SUICIDE

This one is both surprising and extremely disturbing. In a 2014 study conducted at the Stanford University School of Medicine, researchers found a correlation between lack of sleep and incidence of suicide. During the 10-year study, 20 of the 420 participants that committed suicide reported having suffered from poor sleep. Ultimately, researchers concluded that individuals that suffer from lack of sleep are 1.4 times more likely to end their lives.Additionally, this risk increases with a combination of advanced age and stress levels.
Ways to Improve Sleep
It is quite clear that sleep is essential to our health and wellness. It is a crucial activity for reducing the risk of a myriad of diseases and conditions. For this reason, we’ll list a few ways to improve sleep quality, as suggested by the National Sleep Foundation (NSF).
Here are 5 tips:
#1 Develop and maintain a sleep schedule; make it a priority to wake up and go to bed at the same time every night, even on the weekends.
#2 Relax every night before bed. Try to practice a routine activity (e.g. reading, meditation) as a habit every night before falling asleep.
#3 Exercise daily. Exercise is an indispensable activity for improving sleep. Do something, anything to get your body in motion and break a sweat.
#4 Look at your sleep environment. Is your room at the right temperature? It should be between 60-70 degrees Fahrenheit (?16-21 degrees Celsius). The room should be cool, free from light, and isolated from noise.
#5 Look at your pillows and mattress. Are they conducive to good sleep? If not, there are many bedding stores with knowledgeable staff that can provide some suggestions.

One month after the birth of his baby girl, a man found out his longtime girlfriend, and mother of his child, was leaving him for his best friend. But that aside… the day came. … the contractions started…
Me being me I was prepared for the bump… we grabbed the overly prepared hospital bag and set off for the hospital …. it was coming!!!!! I was going to be a dad … me…. a father …..
14 hours. .. screaming… bright hospital lights… nurses speaking what sounded like a foreign language. … the smell of hospitals making me sick…. my ex in pain…. me stressed. .. there wasn’t a detail I couldn’t see or missed … my senses were about to explode and …..
Silence…..
Pure silence…..
The nursery revealed from underneath the bloodied blanket this baby….. nothing else existed… in what seemed like slow motion this beautiful baby appeared into the world…. holding her all negativity dropped from my body…. for one of the very few moments in my life my brain just stopped…… I couldn’t stop staring…. she was mine! I made her….. from that moment…. I was suddenly re-filled with excitement! !! Love!!! Hope!!!! I WAS A DADDY!!! I was the proudest man on earth! !!!
Shortly after …maybe a month… I found out that Hannah was leaving me for my then best friend … she was leaving Faith with me…..
It was hard….. what was I meant to do!!!!??? My princess Faith left with an idiot (Me) I hated who I was and what I had!.. my parents told me to give her up for adoption…. the kindest thing they said….. …. but thinking about it… laying there on the sofa alone holding Faith in my arms …she looked me in the eye and grabbed my little finger … barely able to grab the whole thing…. I’ll never let you go I said….
I quit my 2 jobs the next day. … applied for benefits ….. I was going to do this!!!!! Me and Faith against the world!!! …. and we did… and it was hard. …. to ask me what it is like for a man with Asperger’s Syndrome to raise a child is to ask what does a woman go through on a daily basis …. probably the hardest thing I have or will experience ….
The crying was unbearable … my sensory issues were always on edge… my depression worsened… I didn’t sleep… eat… my sole purpose was to look after this girl! She was depending on me! There were times I’d scream after putting her to bed… I’d lock myself in the bathroom and cry fully clothed in the bath tub until I fell asleep.
With Asperger’s we need a time out… I had no support… no safe haven … just as for a woman this baby was my job.. my purpose…. the only difference was I didn’t come home from working… she was there when I slept… and there when I woke up… even going to the loo was hard … but do you know what… I used logic… our biggest ally as an Aspie!… babies love routine!… so dinner bath and bed by six dead on time… she has slept perfectly through the night no arguments… just a bed time story, a good night daddy God bless I love you…
Over time it got easier… cause I took control… it went from being scary… to having a best friend… she’s always been a daddy’s girl… she’ll always be my princess… I learned how to do hair… dress her nicely… we go shopping together now!… she talks to me about her fears… what she likes… we have movie nights haha…
I may never be a perfect dad… but I try perfectly hard… and I love her truly with every fibre of my being and she loves me… Faith taught me of unconditional love.
This girl will depend on me forever! That’s a long time… I got my jobs back… I went to University whilst she was in nursery… things only got better.”
His experience echos the struggle of single parents everywhere. The task at hand may seem unbearable at times, but in the end the struggle is well worth every difficult time.

This consistently leads to a direct experience of being connected to your life and being connected to a larger context in which your personal story is unfolding. Some people get confused…they think practicing gratitude is a denial of life’s difficulties. Obviously, we live in trying times, and no doubt you’ve experienced challenges and disappointments. But gratitude frees you from being lost of identified with either negative or positive aspects of life; allowing you to simply meet situations with mindful awareness. Rejoice in the good fortune of others and your own happiness multiplies – it’s the best cure for envy.


4. Cultivate Compassion & Kindness

Helping others can make all the difference in your happiness and in others lives. If you notice someone needs help, be quick to jump in. Try to alleviate suffering wherever you see it, and consider others perspectives deeply. It can be hard, but observe your reactions with genuine interest and non-attachment. You will find your compassion and patience will naturally spring up out of nowhere. Your heart will begin to guide your decisions. Even if your circumstance is personally challenging (maybe even insulting), it is not always necessary to understand the origins of an experience or a reaction in order to come to peace with it.
Just take a step back and become more of a witness. You’ll notice your entire thought process will change.

5. Attune to Wisdom

Wisdom is considered to be one of the most important aspects to develop. It’s almost just as important as compassion, actually. Why Because life is a gigantic gray cloud. It’s not black or white. It’s a big mess that involves complicated decision-making, often choosing things that are really the lesser of two evils.
Be open to what arises in every moment. The mind can focus in so many directions: past, present, future, abstract notions or analytical problem solving, to name a few. All forms of thought have a useful role. But try to prioritize awareness of the present moment. Once again, if you slow down your mind, wisdom will naturally spring up, just like compassion.

6. Embrace Change

This saying really is true: the one constant in the universe is change. What is real is the existing moment, the present that is a product of the past, or a result of the previous causes and actions. Because of ignorance, an ordinary mind conceives them all to be part of one continuous reality. But in truth they are not.

The Buddha

There once was two instructors of the Buddha’s teachings. One, Tanzan, was strict in his life style, never drinking intoxicants or eating after 11 o’clock in the morning. The other, Unsho, was loose in his discipline, eating whenever and drinking whatever he pleased.
“Hello, brother,” Tanzan greeted him. “Won’t you have a drink?”

“I never drink!” exclaimed Unsho solemnly.
“One who does not drink is not even human,” said Tanzan.
“Do you mean to call me inhuman just because I do not indulge in intoxicating liquids!” exclaimed Unsho angrily. “Then if I am not human, what am I?”
“A Buddha,” answered Tanzan.

A Mother’s Advice

There was a Shogun master that was also famous Sanskrit scholar known through the lands. He would often give lectures to students and travelers. One day his mother wrote to him and said,
“Son, I do not think you became a devotee of the Buddha because you desired to turn into a walking dictionary for others. There is no end to information and commentation, glory and honor. I wish you would stop this lecture business. Shut yourself up in a little temple in a remote part of the mountain. Devote your time to meditation and in this way attain true realization.”
How To Write A Chinese Poem
A famous Japanese poet was once asked how to compose a Chinese poem.
“The usual Chinese poem is four lines,” he explains. “The first line contains the initial phase; the second line, the continuation of that phase; the third line turns from this subject and begins a new one; and the fourth line brings the first three lines together. A popular Japanese song illustrates this:
Two daughters of a silk merchant live in Kyoto.
The elder is twenty, the younger, eighteen.
A soldier may kill with his sword.
But these girls slay men with their eyes.”

How The Trees And Grass Became Enlightened

One day a fifty year old student of the Tendai school came to the master Shinken. The master rarely received visitors and almost never answered their questions.
“I have studied the Tendai school of thought since I was a little boy, but one thing in it I cannot understand. Tendai claims that even the grass and trees will become enlightened. To me this seems very strange.”
“Of what use is it to discuss how grass and trees become enlightened?” asked Shinkan. “The question is how you yourself can become so. Did you ever consider that?”
“I never thought of it in that way,” marveled the old man.
“Then go home and think it over,” finished Shinkan.

Every Minute Zen

Zen students must learn under their masters for at least ten years before they may teach others. Tenno was recently made a master and visited his friend Nan-in, who was also a master. The day they greeted each other was rainy, and Tenno was wearing wooden clogs and had an umbrella. Later, while taking tea Nan-in asked, “I suppose you left your wooden clogs in the vestibule. I want to know if your umbrella is on the right or left side of the clogs.”
This confused Tenno and he had no immediate answer. He realized in that moment he had lost his Zen. He studied for sic more years to find and keep his Zen.

Fire-Poker Zen

An old master used to tell his students about an old woman that owned a teashop. He praised her deep understanding of Zen. He encouraged them to seek her out. When she saw the students coming, she could immediately tell if they had come for tea or not.
If they came for tea she would serve them delicious tea with grace. If they came for teachings she would take them around the back. There she would strike them with a red hot poker. Nine out of ten could not escape her beatings.

Flower Shower

Subhuti was a disciple of the Buddha. He comprehended emptiness, the view point that nothing exists except in its relationship of subjectivity and objectivity.
One day Subhuti, in a mood of sublime emptiness, was sitting under a tree. Flowers began to fall about him.
“We are praising you for your discourse on emptiness,” the gods whispered to him.
“But I have not spoken of emptiness,” said Subhuti.
“You have not spoken of emptiness, we have not heard emptiness,” responded the gods. “This is the true emptiness.” And blossoms showered upon Subhuti as rain.

Everything Is Best

When Banzan was walking through a market, he happened to hear a butcher talking with his customer.
“Give me the best piece of meat you have,” said the customer.
“Everything in my shop is the best,” replied the butcher. “You cannot find here any piece of meat that is not the best.”
At these words Banzan became enlightened.
