This Is How To Strengthen Your Aura And Protect Yourself From Being Emotional Vampires

Do you feel exhausted at the end of each day, worn down by the people around you? You’re not alone—and we can help!
Consider our tips for dealing with aura drain and a general lack of energy below.
First, what causes aura drain?
Any number of things can cause a drain on your aura, or energy, but the most common are these habits below:
  • Alcohol, drug, or tobacco use
  • Lack of exercise
  • Lack of fresh air
  • Lack of adequate rest
  • Poor diet
  • Stress
Start by addressing your habits above. If you smoke, drink, or use drugs? Stop. If you don’t regularly exercise, start. Work on your rest and diet, as well as eliminating extra stress where you can, and you’ll see some immediate changes.

How do I maintain a healthy aura?

Once you have made the above steps, though, you still have to keep that energy up. Consider these tricks.
1) Don’t let yourself get drained in the first place
If you note that the above steps help, but that there are other things in your life that drain you, start by addressing those things. For instance, you may note that talking to certain people leaves you exhausted.
If so, stay away from those people: You don’t need them stealing your energy!
Often, these might be the sort of people who are leeching energy off of you. For instance, have you noticed people tell you they feel better after speaking with you? This could be one reason why—they’re taking your energy for themselves.
Any easy solution is to avoid those people.
2) Practice energy breathing
As you may already know from meditation or yoga or other spiritual practices, controlling and maintaining your breath is an important part of keeping your energy balanced.
One way you can keep your energy for yourself is to practice your energy breathing. There are just a few simple steps to take.
First, place your dominant hand on your nose. Place the thumb on one side of your nose, and your fingers on the other. Press down with the thumb to close the corresponding nostril (so if you’re right-hand dominant, this would be your right nostril), and place your tongue against the roof of your mouth. Remain relaxed.
Second, breathe in through your nose. Not only do your nasal hairs warm the air, they also filter the air to limit the risk of inflammation in your respiratory organs. This breathing technique balances the poles of your body—male and female, positive and negative, sun and moon. Inhale for a count of four.
Third, use your fingers to close the other nostril, so both nostrils are now closed. Hold your breath, for up to a count of sixteen. If that’s too long for you, start with a lower count and work your way up.
Fourth, release the thumb (though keep your fingers in place), releasing your breath for a count of eight.
Fifth, and finally, breathe in through the open nostril, repeating the process you just completed, but on the opposite nostril.
Complete six cycles in total.
3) Use the cleansing vortex
A powerful visualization, the cleansing vortex can help you release negative energies you may have accumulated during the day.
First, make sure you are relaxed and at ease. For some people, practicing the energy breathing technique above can put them at ease.
Second, visualize an energy whirlwind twenty feet above your head. Picture the funnel entering you through the crown of your head, working its way deeper into your body.
Rotating clockwise, you should see it sweeping up the negative energy you have accumulated through the day, sweeping them away until they are deposited at your feet.
When all of the negative energies have left you, visualize the cleansing vortex leaving, and let yourself go on with your day.

Try these tricks next time you feel like your energy has gone missing on you, and let us know what works for you.
