Many people believe that things “just happen” to them, but as we connect more closely to our intuition we are shown that everything that happens to us is of our own creation.

We may not be fully aware of what we are creating moment to moment, but fortunately the universe provides us with many signs to let us know when we are on the right path, and (more importantly) when we are on the wrong path.  This article will focus on the warning signs from the universe.

In general, warning signs from the universe occur in the form of unwanted circumstances and events.
These signs are an indication that your energy is headed towards (or currently stuck in) a low vibrational frequency.  Your thoughts, feelings and actions are focused negatively, and this is creating unwanted circumstances.
Conversely, when your thoughts, feelings and actions are moving at a high vibrational frequency, life will line up perfectly.  You will have excellent timing and good luck all day long. This is why it’s so important to raise your vibration by consciously choosing positive thoughts.
Although we have the ability to resonate at a high vibrational frequency, it is challenging for us to stay elevated all of the time.
This is because our souls are stuck here on Earth in a physical dimension that is much denser and slower than the higher, ethereal dimensions.  The simple makeup of our planet and bodies is composed of much lower vibrational energy than that of our souls.
As a result, we will likely bump up against unwanted circumstances from time to time, but that’s ok.  As long as we heed these warning signs (without allowing our egos to fixate on them!) we can get back on track quickly.
As you move through your day, it’s a good idea to take note of the warning signs from the universe.  Here are a few examples of signs to be mindful of:

Warning Signs From the Universe

  1. Getting unexpectedly sick
  2. Receiving dirty looks or snide remarks from others
  3. Getting injured
  4. Unexpected expenses or bills in the mail
  5. Uneasy gut feelings
  6. Arguments with your loved ones
  7. Strong desires to shift your life
  8. Headaches
  9. Losing or breaking your possessions
  10. Unpleasant odors, sounds or tastes
Each of these signs is an indication that you need to center yourself and adjust your frequency.  When you encounter one of these warning signs, please stop! Do not keep working on that task, or having that conversation, or obsessing over that thought that you were just having because it is not taking you where you want to be.
Instead, take a deep breath, step away from the situation, or even take a minute to meditate if you are able to. If you catch these warning signs quickly and respond immediately, the simple act of centering yourself will stop the negative momentum.
As a final note, please try not to obsess over a warning sign.  Talking about it, thinking about it and replaying it your mind is a surefire way to lower your vibrational frequency.  Take it for what it is, a simple “stop sign,” and move on from it.  Please take care of your vibration; only give attention to the thoughts, feelings and actions that resonate with your soul’s natural frequency.

You Think You Are Breathing Properly? Here Are 5 Things That Will Show You That You Are Doing It Wrong!

We need practice to make it perfect. And we need to practice to breathe properly. Many people have been breathing wrong and aren’t aware of that. You need to use the total lung capacity so that you can breathe properly.
Here you can read about the 5 signs that show you have been doing it wrong
  1. Taking short breaths in short period of time- the body is compensating for the lack of oxygen in the body.
  2. The yawn comes more often- this means your breaths are shallow and there is lack of oxygen
  3. While sleeping you rub your teeth- this means you are suffering from chronic stress and irregular breathing
  4. Feeling tension in the neck and your shoulders- the pain comes from shallow breathing.
  5. Feeling tired all the time- due to lack of oxygen the energy level is low and you are feeling chronic fatigue.
Here is a list of how you can breathe properly:
  1. You need to sit on a chair or lay on the floor
  2. Next relax the arms and legs, or hold them straight
  3. You need to pay attention while breathing not to move your shoulders, abdomen or chest
  4. Breath from the stomach and exhale only through your nose and not the lips
  5. You need to do this exercise for about 2 minutes.

FDA Warns: This Class Of Antibiotics Causes Severe Nerve Damage & Lifelong Disability

The US Food and Drug Administration is warning the public that a popular call of antibiotics may cause sudden serious and potentially permanent nerve damage. Known as fluoroquinolones, these antibiotics are commonly used to treat a variety of illnesses. They are commonly prescribed for respiratory infections and urinary tract infections. In 2011, more than 23 million patients were prescribed one of these medications.

Fluoroquinolones include:

  • Ciprofloxacin (Cipro)
  • Gemifloxacin (Factive)
  • Levofloxacin (Levaquin)
  • Moxifloxacin (Avelox)
  • Norfloxacin (Noroxin)
  • Ofloxacin (Floxin)
The FDA’s safety announcement states, “The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has required the drug labels and Medication Guides for all fluoroquinolone antibacterial drugs be updated to better describe the serious side effect of peripheral neuropathy. This serious nerve damage potentially caused by fluoroquinolones may occur soon after these drugs are taken and may be permanent.”

Peripheral Neuropathy

This class of antibiotics work by killing or stopping the growth of bacteria that can cause illness. While this might sound like a good thing, doctors are now saying that the risks outweigh the benefits, considering the reports of peripheral neuropathy in association with taking this medication.
Peripheral neuropathy occurs when the nerves that send information to and from the brain, spinal cord and the rest of the body become damaged. The damage interrupts the connection. A person with peripheral neuropathy may experience numbness, tingling, burning or shooting pain in the arms and legs. There have been several reports of long-lasting nerve damage in patients who took this medication, leading to disability.

Fluoroquinolones have the ability to penetrate the blood-brain barrier. They are quinolones with fluoride molecules attached. Their ability to penetrate sensitive tissues is what allows them to get into the brain and damage the central nervous system. In 2010, Levaquin was the best-selling antibiotic in the United States. By 2011, it was the subject of more then 2,000 lawsuits from patients who had suffered severe reactions after taking it.

Symptoms And Side Effects

Symptoms of fluoroquinolones usually begin rapidly, within a few days of taking them. If you’re taking one of these antibiotics and you begin to experience symptoms, contact your health care professional immediately. The damage can last for months or even become permanent. Dangerous symptoms and side effects cause by fluoroquines include:

Natural Treatments

Fluoroquinolones are most commonly prescribed for treating sinus infections and urinary tract infections. There are several ways to treat these issues naturally, without putting your health at risk by taking fluoroquinolones.
For sinusitis, you can drink plenty of water, clear broth and hot tea. These fluids can help thin out mucus and relieve irritated sinuses. You can also use spicy foods such as cayenne pepper or horseradish. Mix them with apple cider vinegar and lemon juice to create a natural remedy that will help break up mucus.
To treat a UTI, drink plenty of water and consume probiotics to help rid your body of bacteria. Probiotics include kefir, kimchi, probiotic yogurt, sauerkraut and kombucha. Drinking cranberry juice may also help prevent UTI’s.

Psychology Says Couples Who Argue Actually Love Each Other More

It probably seems a little counter intuitive to say that couples who argue are actually part of more successful relationships, but new research from scientists tells us it’s true. Respected psychiatrist Dr. Gail Saltz explains that “Arguing can be a very rewarding experience between two people as they express their different points of view, their feelings, and their individualism”.

While it’s normal to go through that famous honeymoon phase where fighting is pretty much unheard of, as soon as we get comfortable around each other our flaws come out of the woodwork and we begin to find ourselves in need of compromises and understanding.

Dr. Saltz claims that in order to have productive arguments that are beneficial, you must remember these 5 things:

“Don’t say anything that you’re going to immediately regret, make sure that you stick to the topic that is being discussed, be sure that you are listening to the others words carefully, speak honestly once you feel anger boiling inside you, and you don’t always have to be right because it’s more than okay to admit when you are wrong.”

It is essential to be able to discern when an argument has devolved and is no longer doing anyone any good. If you and your partner find that you simply feel enraged rather than relieved at the expression of your frustrations, it may be time to walk away and take a break.

The arguing is only helpful as long as you are both capable of communicating, even if is a little angry or impatient. When you’ve reached the point where you are too emotional or upset to communicate your point or to listen to the point being made by your partner, this is a sign to stop discussion and calm yourself.

You should keep in mind at all times during a conflict that this is a person you love, regardless of whether you’re angry with them in the moment. Never let that anger overwhelm the love you feel, and your arguments can never be truly destructive.

A verbal disagreement can actually be a great opportunity for us to learn about ourselves and our partner. We find out what they want or which needs they have that aren’t being met and we can communicate the same information back to them. It’s important that you look at each disagreement as an opportunity for growth and not some unpleasant chore.

Arguing unfortunately won’t get you anywhere if neither of you are willing to learn from each other. Dr. Pam Spurr , a relationship expert, explains that couples who argue exhibit so much passion for each other because:

“The way in which you argue signals so much about a relationship. The wise couple acknowledges this and keeps an eye on how they treat each other over disagreements.Subconsciously, bickering demonstrates you care about each other even if while bickering you feel annoyed towards your partner. For instance, it shows that you do want your partner to drink less and look after their health. Or you do want them to be on time so that neither of you are stressed out when you have places to be and things to do, etc.”

When two people argue, it can seem like a negative, but if you go into an argument with the right mindset and love for your partner despite your frustrations, there is a lot of benefit to be reaped.

Be patient and stay calm, keep an open mind and try to listen and each argument can be a strengthening brace for the foundation of your relationship.

1500 year-old ‘ Syriac ‘ Bible found in Ankara, Turkey : Vatican in shock !

Much to the dismay of the Vatican, an approx. 1500-2000 year old bible was found in Turkey, in the Ethnography Museum of Ankara.

Discovered and kept secret in the year 2000, the book contains the Gospel of Barnabas – a disciple of Christ – which shows that Jesus was not crucified, nor was he the son of God, but a Prophet. The book also calls Apostle Paul “The Impostor”. The book also claims that Jesus ascended to heaven alive, and that Judas Iscariot was crucified in his place.

A report by The National Turk says that the Bible was seized from a gang of smugglers in a Mediterranean-area operation. The report states the gang was charged with smuggling antiquities, illegal excavations, and the possession of explosives.  The books itself is valued as high as 40 Million Turkish Liras (approx. 28 mil. Dollars).  Man, where is the Thieves Guild, when you need them?

According to reports, experts and religious authorities in Tehram insist that the book is original.  The book itself is written with gold lettering, onto loosely-tied leather in Aramaic, the language of Jesus Christ. The text maintains a vision similar to Islam, contradicting the New Testament’s teachings of Christianity.  Jesus also foresees the coming of the Prophet Muhammad, who would found Islam 700 years later.

It is believed that, during the Council of Nicea, the Catholic Church hand-picked the gospels that form the Bible as we know it today; omitting the Gospel of Barnabas (among many others) in favor of the four canonical gospels of Matthew, Mark, Luke and John.  Many biblical texts have begun to surface over time, including those of the Dead Sea and Gnostic Gospels; but this book especially, seems to worry the Vatican.

The Catholic Church wants in

What does this mean to Christian-derived religions and their followers?  Quite a tight spot. The Vatican has asked Turkish authorities to let them examine the contents of the book within the Church. Now that the book has been found, will they come to accept the it and its evidence? Will they deny it altogether? Call it a “Muslim lie”, as did the “Truth” Magazine, in 2000?

To many, this book is a beacon of hope, that believers soon realize that the object of their adoration is arbitrary; and that all text, especially religious text, is subject to interpretation.

What does this mean to atheists/agnostics/secular thinkers? Is the text real? Fake? Does it matter? Hopefully, this news inspires the religious to ask questions, instead of pointing fingers or believing anything blindly.

Please, don’t go poking fun or tossing around the “I told you so!”s. The biggest danger of faith is when people believe what they want to believe, defending against any and all evidence; especially when that evidence revolutionizes their foundation from the ground up. And the biggest culprit to that danger is the ego trap: rejecting/criticizing others, for being unlike you.

For centuries, the “defense” of blind faith has driven nations to war, violence, discrimination, slavery and to become the society of automatons that we are today; and for just as long, it has been justified with lies. If you know better, act like it.

This Is What Happens To Your Body After Drinking 1 Cup of Coffee

Few can resist a cup of java in the morning. Here's a breakdown of what happens to your body from 10 minutes to 6 hours after drinking the brewed beverage.

The rich and robust flavor of coffee is what compels many people to drink it on the daily; that, and the boost of energy obtained from its caffeine content. But have you ever pondered what exactly happens to your body after consuming a cup of the brewed beverage?

Conflicting studies abound on the pros and cons of drinking coffee. Does it tax the adrenals and increase cortisol (stress hormone)? Or does it reduce appetite and improve focus? Is it beneficial for diabetics? Or does it raise blood sugar and contribute to weight gain?
If you’re conflicted on whether or not you should consume the drink, you’re not alone.

Fortunately, some new research has surfaced that hints at the benefits of drinking the beverage. Obviously, consuming coffee in excess is not good for the body; but a cup now and again may actually offer some benefits.

Following is a breakdown of what happens to your body from 10 minutes to 6 hours after drinking coffee, courtesy of David Wolfe:

10 Minutes

Shortly after your first sip, caffeine from the beverage enters your bloodstream. This causes a spike in heart rate, blood pressure, and energy. Intriguingly, this effect is most pronounced in men, according to researchers at the University of Barcelona.

20 Minutes

Twenty minutes after drinking coffee, you’re likely feeling pretty good. This is because caffeine begins to affect your adenosine levels. The neurotransmitter is responsible for telling your body when it’s time for bed; caffeine binds to the brain’s adenosine receptors and shuts them off. That’s why drinking coffee before bedtime is not a good idea. You’ll be up until the wee hours of the morning.

Another effect of caffeine binding to adenosine receptors is that it allows the brain’s stimulants, dopamine and glutamine, to release their neurotransmitters. This is why after twenty minutes, you tend to feel very perky and awake.

30 Minutes

It’s been a half an hour since you consumed your coffee. At this point, your body has begun producing adrenaline, which further increases your energy production. An effect of an increase in adrenaline is that your air passage will dilate and blood flow will increase to muscles.

It’s for this reason that athletes tend to consume coffee as a pre-workout aid; it helps them perform better in the gym and focus harder on the workouts they engage in.

40 Minutes

It’s been ten minutes since the body began producing adrenaline. Now, one’s mood will become elevated because the brain becomes more sensitive to serotonin – a neurotransmitter responsible for mood regulation.

An individual who does not define themselves as a morning person usually perks up after consuming their morning cup of java, and this is why.

60 Minutes

One hour after consuming a cup of coffee, there should be a noticeable difference in anxiety levels. According to Dr. Owen Bain, this is because caffeine continues to further increase one’s dopamine levels, resulting in feelings of contentment. In today’s busy world, no wonder so many people are addicted to coffee!

3 Hours

Approximately three hours after drinking a cup of coffee, one will notice that their levels of energy tend to diminish. This is because the effect caffeine was causing is beginning to wane. Says Dr. Baine:

“This is because the caffeine in coffee doesn’t actually make you more energetic, it just makes you less able to feel that you’re tired.”

Indeed, the effect caffeine has on the body can be likened to the effect a whip has on a racehorse. Caffeine increases adrenaline levels, which propels the body to work faster and be more focused; but as is the case with the racehorse, it doesn’t actually create more energy, it just induces a reaction.

6 Hours

Though you may no longer feel the effects of drinking coffee six hours after doing so, your body hasn’t stopped processing it. Reportedly, caffeine begins to act as a diuretic at this point, encouraging the kidneys to produce urine and remove toxins from the body.

Because coffee is an acidic beverage, one would do well to consume more water – specifically structured and alkaline – when they drink coffee during the day. This will prevent one from becoming dehydrated.

10 Benefits of Being a Social Outsider

Such a person is fringe dweller, a dropout of humanity, a social oddball, and an alien endlessly coexisting in a society that doesn’t feel like home. On this website, we refer to the outsider as the “loner wolf” who walks through life with a feeling of inner isolation and disconnection. This isolation often gives birth to the longing and search for freedom, acceptance, and a true place to call “home.”
Can you relate to this feeling? Have you begun this quest?
There’s a reason why you feel this way, and it’s not because there is something defective or “wrong” with you. In fact, despite what you may feel about yourself and the world, being an outsider looking in is actually a huge advantage. I’ll explain to you why.
I have asked myself this question ever since I was about 10 years old. This sensation of being an outsider was originally triggered by my social rejection at school and religious condemnation at church.
In fact, I was practically raised being taught that I was an “alien on this earth,” and that Jesus could come back at any time and take me to my “true home” in heaven. So since the time I was born I have been indoctrinated with this idea.
Yet the feeling of being an outsider runs much deeper than religious brainwashing or being classed as one of the “unpopular kids” as a child. This feeling of being an outsider looking in is intrinsic, subterranean, and seemingly fundamental to my experience as a human.
And I know that you feel it too …
… otherwise, why would you be reading this article?
You have also carried this unshakable feeling with you. Sure, at some moments and periods of life you feel contented — but this feeling of not belonging always returns. Sometimes the feeling is subtle like a softly lapping lake at twilight. Other times, the feeling is overwhelming and makes you feel trapped in a never-ending desert of complete nothingness.
But it’s always somehow there in the background: in your interactions with people, in your observations, in your dreams, desires, and motivations, at the beginning and end of your day, and when you’re surrounded by others.
I know that you know what I mean. And this very feeling was why I decided to write in the first place. In fact, the feeling of being an outsider was the very catalyst for this entire website.
There are many reasons why you could feel like an outsider, but the most significant reason is that you were either born with or developed, an awakened soul .
We were all born with souls, but not all of us continued to feel that connection as we grew older. If you have felt like an outsider for most of your life, you are almost certainly a highly sensitive and spiritually receptive person. You have experienced first hand how isolating the ego can be. You know how unnatural it is to live in a society that is obsessed with fame, status, money, and power. You know how superficial, senseless, and insane living an ego-centered life is.
But you can’t quite verbalize this. You can’t quite understand what you’re going through because you’re inundated with feelings of being “strange,” “weird,” “different,” and “unworthy.”
You long for a home that you’ve never even experienced; a place to feel completely understood, loved, and cherished.
This place is your soul.
It is your soul — the true you — that seeks to experience itself again.
In other words, deep down, what you’re really craving for is truth.
Every form of soul-searching starts off with the sensation of being an outsider. In fact, it is impossible to start the spiritual journey without this feeling. Without feeling like an outsider, what would motivate you to search for a true home or sense of belonging?
The very fact that you feel like an outsider indicates that your soul is trying to guide you towards true love, understanding, and freedom.
Almost every person I’ve spoken to in my time mentoring others has identified with this feeling of being an outsider looking in. All of these people have expressed a level of soulful maturity that surpasses the average person. In other words, these people saw beyond the pretensions of others, the rat-race of daily living and felt like there was much more to life than meets the eye.
Instead of unquestionably accepting what they had been taught, these outsiders were inquisitive and curious freethinkers.
Unfortunately, we’re often taught that being an outsider is a “bad” thing, and no wonder — biologically we are made to stay within the safe confines of our species’ groups. But there comes a moment in life where “playing by the book” is seen to be a miserable and unfulfilling absurdity. (Just look at all those people who followed the rules, got a good career, wife, children, solid salary, socially-approved status … and ended up miserable, empty, lonely, killing themselves, or dying prematurely due to stress-related illnesses. I’m sure you know one, or a dozen.)
So while being an outsider may seem isolating, it is actually profoundly beneficial for your life. I wish everyone had the opportunity to feel like an outsider because being an outsider is a catalyst for self-fulfillment, self-mastery, and self-realisation .
If you have ever read the archetypal story of The Hero’s Journey from Joseph Campbell (that is repeated in every culture, time and period), you’ll realize that being an outsider is actually necessary for finding your true meaning and purpose in life. So the very fact that you feel like an outsider is actually a good sign: you’re on the right path!
It’s important that we learn to think of being a lone wolf as a good thing. Many indigenous cultures, such as those in Africa and Australia, actually encourage the younger members to go out alone in the wilderness to find themselves as a rite of passage. Without accepting that isolation is part of experiencing true connectedness, we get lost very easily. We start believing everything is wrong with us, when in fact, we are simply being driven to pursue something of more depth and spiritual significance.
If you are receptive to your soul, it is only natural that you will feel displaced in this world. But that is not necessarily a bad thing.
Here are some major benefits of being an outsider:
1) You are no longer constrained by the rules and beliefs of society as you can easily see through them.
2)You are no longer brainwashed to think and act in a certain way.
3)You have more freedom to listen to the voice within yourself more often.
4) You have enough solitude to hear and understand what your heart really wants to do.
5) You can see the bigger picture and not get lost in the details.
6) You can connect with your soul more easily than others.
7) You have been given the space and room to grow in whatever way you like.
8)You have the opportunity to experience greater connection by finding a like-minded group of people, or soul group.
9) The ability to observe others gives you a greater capacity for wisdom and also compassion.
10) You have the necessary catalyst to experience self-fulfilment and self-realisation should you choose that path.
Although being an outsider can be terribly lonely, it is a privileged position. Leaving the herd of humanity allows you to flourish and blossom in ways you never could experience while being “normal” and socially “acceptable.”
Finally, here’s a quote from Eckhart Tolle;
Being an outsider, to some extent … makes life difficult, but it also places you at an advantage as far as enlightenment is concerned. It takes you out of unconsciousness almost by force. What does being an outsider looking in mean to you?
What does being an outsider looking in mean to you?
