Here’s How To Stop Your Brain From Overthinking

You need to help your brain focus and not go overboard. For most of us, our brain goes on an over thinking mode and thus increases our levels of anxiety. It often prevents you from doing things in a smart way. Our minds often plays fool with us and making up our mind may be the single most difficult thing to do.

Does over thinking have its negative consequences for all of us who worry chronically?

In fact, experts have shown how chronic worriers focus on uncertainties and feel anxious about the future. They have no control over their lives hence. Research has shown how a broader overview approach is better for the brain to recollect and remember complex brain images. In order for your brain to process information, you need to imagine taking all of the details at once and see how each fits into a niche of its own.

Training the brain to not over think and recall an image from a book that you have read in the last 15 minutes is a good way to start. When you try looking at an image for the past 5 minutes, you prevent your brain from forgetting and enable it to process quickly.

You should also train your brain to be comfortable with uncertainty. Over thinkers often train their brains to focus on uncertainties as they are busy trying to solve these knots. For an over thinker, it is almost like a two year old that is trying to seek answers. Some of these questions can be answered but a lot of over thinkers may tend on dwell on the uncertainties rather than focusing on the solutions.

Seeking answers to questions may not be that easy. It is therefore necessary that you seek the answer to the question you are over thinking or just plain accept the fact that despite the question, there is no answer. You should also train your mind to think beyond the negative self thinking and create a sense of self in your mind. Meta thinking is all about self thinking and what your mind thinks of you after careful self observation. People, who indulge in negative self thinking, often cannot express themselves emotionally or via their thoughts to others.

Allowing the negative thoughts to exist while rejecting them as a part of which is a part of how over thinkers can curb their mind from going awry. Researchers in the Journal Behavior Therapy found that the mindfulness based cognitive therapy (MBCT) helped people to feel more self compassion rather than negative emotions while on an over thinking mode. This MBCT therapy enabled lower stress levels in thoughts of most others suffering from a heightened sense of anxiety.

You need to fight hard and gain control of your life. If you want to take control of a situation, you need to find a concrete action that can help you get some sense of control in your life. You need to get into a habit of noting down the things that cause the maximum worry in you. Post which, you need to stop worrying unnecessarily.

End Worrying Forever With These 5 Buddhist Teachings

In Eastern traditions, the mind said to be the cause of our bondage and the cause of our liberation. It’s in the mind that the entire field of spirituality plays out. But many aspects of the mind are not considered a necessary part of its functions; in particular, worrying is taught to be one of the lowest things we can do.
To stop worrying is tough, but it’s not impossible. If we adopt a few notions on worrying from the Buddhists, an astounding change can take place. Here’s how to do it!

1) Understand the Mind

In India, it’s common knowledge that the best analogy to the human mind is a monkey. Monkies love jumping from one tree to another, similar to how our mind jumps from one thought to another. When something attention-grabbing comes up, the mind naturally wants to think about; the only problem is that it easily slides into worrying. This requires awareness in order to stop it.

2. Walk Away

The more you worry the more you become agitated. We get wrapped up in something that may not even necessarily exist! The important thing is to take a step back and get out of that energetic ‘space’ by letting go of that thought pattern, or even to walk away for a bit. This will help you see it from a different angle, and with a more objective lens.

3. Know it Doesn’t Help

In of itself, worrying doesn’t help anything. Think of all the times you worried about things in the past. Did it help in any way? Notice how you are in the present moment with your current worry, and ask yourself if it will be any different.

4. Stop Searching for a Solution

We worry because we feel out of control in certain situations. We’re searching for a way to feel in control again. The uncertainty can be hard for the ego to accept. Instead of fighting that uncertainty, learn to embrace it. The bottom line is you can’t control everything and the universe operates on change. It’s a hard truth, but one that defines our life…whether we want it to or not.

5. Mindfulness

When we practice mindfulness, we actually allow things to fall into place. We swim in the present moment, part of us deep inside is detached from the outcome. It gives us a sense of peace and contentment. Things flow easier when we don’t push them to happen.

The 5 Minute Therapy That Reduces Depression Symptoms By 71%

Major depressive disorder affects around 14.8 million American adults in a given year. Depression can co-occur with other illnesses and medical conditions, including cancer, eating disorders and substance abuse. Those who suffer from depression often turn to medication, psychotherapy and support groups to get help. Natural remedies tend to be the last thing doctors prescribe when it comes to reducing depression symptoms, but it turns out it may be one of the most helpful treatments.

In 2007, a research team from the University of Essex in the United Kingdom conducted a study to determine the effects of nature on depression symptoms. The study found that even five minutes outside in a natural setting reduced symptoms of depression in 71% of the study participants.
Some health care providers are now writing “nature prescriptions” and telling people with depression symptoms to spend more time outside. Doctors aren’t the only ones trying a more natural approach to conditions like depression and anxiety. Some universities are now starting to offer study programs that teach students about the benefits of ecotherapy.
John F. Kennedy University offers a graduate-level certification program for ecotherapy. The course includes education about animal-assisted therapy, time management, and managing “eco-anxiety.”

Here’s Why It Works

Some of the benefits of being in nature begin with your mind. Spending more time outdoors can affect the way your brain works. One study found that spending time in a natural setting reduced repetitive negative thoughts. The study involved brain imaging to assess the feelings and emotions of the participants. When the participants were in a natural setting, the part of the brain that is associated with forms of mental illness – the subgenual prefrontal cortex – actually shuts down.
Researchers in this study pointed out that almost 50% of the world’s population now lives in urban areas, and that number is continually increasing. Too many people don’t realize the importance of spending time in nature. Studies have shown that living in a greener environment improves mental health and lowers depression levels. Research has found that people who are born and raised in cities have higher rates of psychosis, anxiety disorders and depression. In studies, city dwellers have shown higher activation in the amygdalda -the brain region that regulated feelings such as anxiety and fear.

Spending Time In Nature

Most of us live very busy lives. It can be hard to find time to slow down and enjoy nature, but studies have proven how important it is in terms of mental health. Even if you live in the city, there are plenty of ways to enjoy the outdoors. Find a park or take a short drive to find a quiet place. Go for a bike ride or take your dog on a long walk. Spending time in a natural setting doesn’t mean you have to drive for hours to find a hiking trail. It simply means getting outside and enjoying a little fresh air and sunshine.

12 Careers With The Most Psychopaths – is Your Profession on This List?

Unfortunately, in modern times psychopaths are everywhere. This could be the person right next to you, your partner at work, or even the cashier at the grocery store could be a psychopath! As a matter of fact they could be making headlines before you even have a chance to notice…
While not all psychopaths turn out to be terrifying serial killers, they are more common than you think. The clinical diagnosis of a psychopath is something that refers to people who lack empathy or guilt; they are cold-hearted and manipulative.
There are actual visible differences when looking at the brain scans of someone who is a psychopath and someone who is not. This being especially obvious in areas where the individual would be processing emotions. Author Kevin Dutton has done quite a bit of research on this and knows a lot about the brains of psychopaths.
He is a research psychologist at the University of Oxford and was actually able to compile a list of careers that are most likely to attract and/or foster people with a psychopathic personality. That being said, his list only goes to ten and is a few years old so after number ten we will be adding in a couple more careers that seem to be flooded with psychopaths as well.

Is your job on the list? Take a look below to find out!

12 Careers With The Most Psychopaths:

1. CEO

CEO is a position of power which is perfect for the psychopath. They are able to make important emotionless decisions and because they lack remorse can hire and fire with ease. This often results in reckless behavior and can cause problems in the long run.

2. Lawyer

We can say without a doubt that there are many lawyers in this world who benefits from being able to lie and turn on their charm without conscience. During one interview Dutton actually spoke with a successful psychopathic lawyer who said this “deep inside me there’s a serial killer lurking somewhere. But I keep him amused with cocaine, formula one, booty calls, and coruscating cross-examination.”

3. Media

This one should be quite obvious; while not everyone in media falls into this category a lot of them do.

4. Salesperson

As you can probably tell, salespeople often only think of themselves. This means there will always be problems to come. The psychopathic salesperson is going to exploit the system as best they can in any way that will benefit them.

5. Surgeon

It seems a lot of surgeons are self-centered. Psychoanalyst Carl Sword actually recalled a conversation with an anonymous neurosurgeon who said the following “I have no compassion for those whom I operate on…. In the theater, I am reborn: as a cold, heartless machine, totally at one with scalpel, drill, and saw. When You’re cutting loose and cheating death high above the snowline of the brain, feelings aren’t fit for purpose. Emotion is entropy, and seriously bad for business. I’ve hunted it down to extinction over the years.”

6. Journalist

Psychopathy is something that can creep its way into any career, especially journalism. Seeing your name in a big newspaper daily is enough to turn anyone narcissistic and things can become worse from there.

7. Police officer

As you may have noticed police brutality is a huge topic these days. While not all police officers are psychopaths, any person who puts themselves in a position of power has the potential to be. Women actually suffer domestic abuse in at least 40 percent of police officer families.

8. Clergy

Joe Navarro, a former member of the FBI actually took the time to create a list for Psychology Today of the reasons why psychopaths might be attracted to the clergy. To read more on that click here.

9. Chef

Gordon Ramsay himself claims that Chefs are nutty. He says they are all self-absorbed narcissists and absolutely have the potential to be psychopaths. He of all people would know!

10. Civil servants

There is a bit of power when it comes to certain civil service rolls and as mentioned above psychopaths love any sort of power position they can obtain.

11. Entrepreneur

Psychopaths like to manipulate people and this is the perfect career for manipulation. There is plenty of room for the psychopath to do whatever he or she wants with this kind of job.

12. Management (of any kind)

Managers get to tell other people what to do, obviously a person with this sort of power at any job has the potential to be a psychopath. Regardless if it is fast food management, department store management, or even corporate management psychopaths are always going to be found no matter where you go.
This is because most of these professions offer power and many even require an ability to make clinical decisions apart from feelings. Psychopaths are drawn to these kinds of jobs. They do not want any part in a position that offers no power and forces them to deal with emotions.
To hear a little more information about this topic please check out the video below, but keep in mind the last two careers will not be mentioned in this video.

Only People With High IQs Can Pass This Viral Math Puzzle!

Life is what you make it, and perhaps, it’s how you look at it, too. The same could be same for math puzzles–often there is more than one solution.   Of course, =when we’re young, we see the world as black and white.

And similar notions are often crammed down our throats, too, for such subjects as math and science.

But the truth is, the answer is only black and white if everyone agrees on the approach. And that doesn’t always happen.

It’s like the old elephant allegory. If a handful of people stand in a dark room with an elephant, and each describes what the elephant feels like, depending on where they stand, they will reach different conclusions. The person in front of the trunk says long, the person by the tail says thin, and the person by the side says flat and wrinkly.

So, on the topic of interpretation, how would you solve the following viral math problem?

Did you figure it out?  Which of the two solutions below did you find?

The first solution is:

1.Most agree that 1 + 4 = 5.

2. In the next line, add 2 + 5 to the sum of 5 in the equation above. That gives you the answer of 12.

3. Next,  apply the same formula:  3 + 6 = 9, then add the 9 to the sum in the equation above (12) to get the total of 21.

4. The last step is to  take the 8 + 11 in the last equation, which equals 19, and add it to the sum of the previous problem (21). This gives you a total of 40.

However, there is a popular second solution:

1. The obvious truth is:  1 + 4 = 5. But you could also reach 5 by adding 1 to 4 times 1.

2. In the same fashion, with the second line, 2 + 2(5) = 12.

3. And the next line:  3 + 3(6) = 21.

4. Using this method to solve the problem,  add 8 to 8 times 11 to get 96.

Which solution did you find? 40, or 96?

Or maybe you see the problem in a way different than the two mentioned above? What do you see? What is your interpretation?

For more of an explanation of the solutions to this math problem, watch this video:

The next time you find yourself in a situation where someone is experiencing a heart attack, don’t panic, just follow these instructions and save a life. The only ingredient you need is cayenne pepper which can stop a heart attack in just one minute.

Both healers and herbalists claim that they have never lost a patient with a heart attack since they always bring cayenne pepper with them in their pockets. The very second a heart attack occurs, all you need to do is to take 1 tsp of cayenne pepper and pour it over hot water, like a cayenne tea. As a result of this mixture, the patient will get back to his or her feet in just one minute.
The best ways to use cayenne pepper
In order to stop a heart attack, the cayenne pepper must be at least 90,000 heat units. As we previously mentioned, just mix 1 tbsp of cayenne in a hot water and give it to the patient immediately. On the other hand, if the patient is still unconscious, you should use tincture or cayenne extract. Just put a couple of droppers underneath the person’s tongue.
As a result of this treatment, the heart rate increases and the circulation is balanced.

Other uses of cayenne pepper
Cayenne pepper works as aq catalyst which is why you can mix it with many other herbs, but don’t mix it with those combinations which serve to treat nerve problems. Cayenne powder has the ability to speed up the circulation, stimulate the body, and it also possesses enhancing herbal formulas, particularly those used in the treatment of heart issues, female complaints, infections, ulcers, arthritis, and thyroid problems. Moreover, it is effective with diuretics and laxatives, too.
It contains 26 other nutrients such as vitamins A and C, and minerals like calcium. Magnesium, selenium, and zinc.
Due to its 90,000 Scoville units, this powder is very effective in the treatment of a heart attack. Besides that, it is also extremely beneficial for our digestive system and provides anticancer and antifungal properties as well. You can use cayenne pepper to treat flu, redness, arthritis, migraines, and allergies.
In this article we will present you how you can make your own tincture, just follow the instructions properly.
How to make a tincture?
  • 50% of alcohol (vodka will do the work);
  • A few fresh cayenne peppers;
  • Cayenne pepper powder;
  • 1 glass bottle (1 liter is preferable);
  • Gloves (cayenne pepper is hot).
How to prepare it:
Make sure to put your gloves on and then fill ¼ of the bottle with cayenne powder. After that, add enough alcohol to cover the powder, blend the fresh peppers, and then add the alcohol so that it looks like a sauce. Once prepared, pour the mixture in a glass bottle but make sure to leave the bottle ¼ empty. After that, add some more alcohol, to fill it to the top. Secure it well and make sure to shake it several times per day. Leave it for 28-29 days and once this period ends, you should strain it with a gauze. You should store the mixture in a dark bottle. If you want to prepare even stronger tincture, then let it stand for 3 months. The best part about the tincture is that it won’t spoil.
A patient who suffers a heart attack should take 5 to 10 drops of this tincture. After 5 minutes, you can add 5 or 10 drops again. After this treatment, the patient should become stable. On the other hand, If the patient is unconscious, you should put 1-3 drops of it under the tongue and perform the CPR. Make sure to repeat this treatment every 5 minutes until the patient is recovered.

Finding the right person and being head over heels for them is the best feeling in the world. It is perfectly normal to want to get married to your soul mate. However, divorce statistics show that getting married is something you should take very seriously in order to determine whether it is something you should really do. These are the 5 things you must know before getting married:

  1. Are you ready?
Separating love from lust is very important before you get married. There are certain things you should consider before you get married such as: Do you want to spend Christmas with your in-laws? How much time do you want to spend with your friends? Or, how much time do you want to be alone daily?

  1. Employment
This is a very important topic that you should be clear on. There are some things that you should discuss with your partner such as your career goals, are you going to quit your job to raise your children? Or if your job requires you to travel a lot, is your partner going to be ok with it? Your job has a very big impact on your life so never underestimate it.
  1. Money, money, money
Getting married involves making lots of changes in your life which is why lots of marriages have ended because couples have not considered a few things such as: Your future family finance, your or your partner’s ability to share expenses, which one of you is making more money, are you prepared to share a bank account with your partner or would you rather have separate accounts?
  1. Children
Another very important issue that must be discussed prior to getting married. You should talk with your partner about whether you both want to have children, which way you want to raise them, religion, or family beliefs. Having a child will make your lives completely different so you should always consider these things before you have one.
  1. Sex
Sex is a major factor that can either strengthen or ruin a marriage. It should never be a taboo topic for you and your partner. You must always be open and talk freely because otherwise one of you may be unsatisfied which can eventually destroy your marriage. You should talk about your expectations and listen to your partner in order to be able to make each other happy.

7 Things Every Happy Person Does Before 8 A.M.

Life is busy. It can feel impossible to move forward sometimes. From having a full-time job, to working on your relationships with your loved ones, how are you actually meant to progress and improve in other areas your life?
The truth is, if you don’t purposefully carve out time every day to improve yourself, your time will get lost in the vacuum of our increasingly busy lives. Before you know it, you’ll lying on your deathbed wondering where all the days went.
As professor Harold Hill has said, “You pile up enough tomorrows, and you’ll find you are left with nothing but a lot of empty yesterdays.”

How to rethink your life

In order to avoid getting stuck in a rut, we need to rethink our approach to life. We need to get back to the fundamentals and only focus on what’s important in our life. Sadly, many people are too focused on the trivial and nonessential. This leaves no time to build something meaningful.
In this current age, we actually have the choice and power to live on our own terms. One generation ago, it was social and cultural to live on other people’s terms. However, with the interconnectedness of the world and infinite knowledge at our fingertips, we can decide to live with intention and take responsibility for ourselves.

You get to decide. With this short morning routine, your life will quickly change. It’s only 7 points long, but if you follow it, it can transform your days so you can be more productive.

1) Get a healthy seven-plus hours sleep

Let’s face it – sleep is important. Without it, our brains don’t function as well as they could and it can be harmful to your health. While this article is about doing 7 things before 8 am, the truth is, there’s no much point in waking up at 5 am if you went to bed 3 hours earlier. Try to get an adequate of sleep to get your day off to a good start.

2) Meditation to facilitate clarity

What you focus on matters and when your brain is scattered, it doesn’t really know what to do. Meditation is an excellent practice to clear the mind and focus. That’s literally what the practice is about. Focusing on a particular point of object, like your breath, so you can quieten the mind.
After this, you’ll have a more clear idea of what you want to achieve that day, without feeling like your mind is muddled.

3) Hard physical activity

There is countless evidence that exercise is beneficial for not only your body, but your mind too. Yet, according to recent research, only one third of American men and women engage in regular physical activity. If you want to be healthy and happy, you need to get in a habit of exercising.
Whether it’s the gym or a brisk walk, get your body moving. Exercise has been found to decrease anxiety, stress and depression. Treat your body like a temple.

4) Consume 30 grams of protein

Tim Ferriss and professor emeritus of nutrition at the University of Illinois recommend consuming at 30 grams of protein for breakfast. Protein rich foods keep you full for longer than to other foods and eating protein first decreases your white carbohydrate cravings. These are the type of carbs that get you fat.
Tim makes four recommendations for getting adequate protein in the morning: 1. Eat at least 40 percent of your breakfast calories as protein. 2. Do it with two or three whole eggs (each egg has about 6 grams of protein). 3. If you don’t like eggs, use something like turkey bacon, organic pork bacon or sausage, or cottage cheese. 4. Or, you could always do a protein shake with water.

5) Take a cold shower

Tony Robbins jumps into a 57 degree Fahrenheit swimming pool. Why? Because cold water has been found to radically facilitate physical and mental wellness. When practiced regularly, it provides long-lasting changes to your body’s immune, lymphatic, circulatory, and digestive systems that improve the quality of your life.

6) Listen to or read uplifting content

If you want to be productive and successful in life, you need to be constantly learning. It is common for the world’s most successful people to read and read and read. If you take 15 to 30 minutes every morning to read uplifting and instructive information, over a long period of time, you would have read hundreds of books. You’ll see the world more wisely and differently.

7) Review your life vision

Write your goals – short and long term. Taking just a few minutes to read these goals every day puts your life into perspective and whether or not you’re on the right path. Each day will feel purpose driven. If you follow a simple pattern, you can accomplish all of your goals, no matter how big they are.

Use This 5-Step Morning Ritual To Find Your True Life Calling

The peace and stillness of the early morning are far different compared to any other time of the day.
Aside from the magic that the golden hour brings, there’s power and tranquility that makes your psyche easier to influence and understand.
By using this time for introspection you can discover powerful guidance and life callings that come from deep inside your soul.
Following a morning ritual, even for just 30 minutes, makes you gain more clarity about your life’s calling.
Not only that, but keeping yourself grounded early in the morning gives you inspiration and confidence throughout the day.
By being fully attuned with yourself, receiving messages about your true life calling is easier.
Practice these 5 Morning Rituals and be prepared to find your life’s calling:

5 Morning Rituals To Find You Life’s Calling

1. Wake up early

Commit to waking up as early as 5:00 am before the sun rises. It’s the best time to start your ritual.
It’s important to set the right timing in doing these rituals because it is said that the energy present in the early morning stimulates creative flow, harmony, and peace.
These factors will declutter the mental blocks you have, helping you tap into your life purpose.
Aside from that, when the rest of the world is still sleeping, you can take advantage of the quietness and stillness of the morning. Fewer distractions mean more focus on your work.
Waking up early might be difficult at the start, yet later on, you’ll get hold of things, as long as your commitment is strong. When you discover the fun and amazement this exercise brings, you’ll be grateful for doing it in the first place.

2. Meditate

If you find it difficult to sit in a lotus position, find an alternative where you’re more comfortable such as laying down, sitting up with the back against the wall, or propping up on a cushion.
Sitting in silence may work best, but you may also opt to follow a guided meditation.
YouTube is filled with lots of early morning guided meditations. You may try those of Deepak Chopra, Wayne Dyer, or Abraham Hicks.
There are also downloadable sounds to choose from like bowls or gongs, inaugural beats, or healing music. You can prepare a playlist the night before and have it ready by morning.
Aiming for 15-20 minutes of meditation works best. But whatever suits you best. Just follow the flow of the morning without keeping a strict limit with time.

3. Write in your journal

Once you’re done with your meditation, start writing in your journal. What you write is not important, as long as you’re allowing your thoughts to flow smoothly and freely.
Here are some writing techniques that work when you’re faced with a blank page:
  • Writing a letter to your younger self, loved one, parent, or anyone whom you want to send a message across but unable to do so for some reasons.
  • Tapping into your Spirit Guides, asking them for Divine intervention or guidance over an issue in your life.
  • Channeling your Guardian Angels or Archangels.
  • Making a list of everything that you’re grateful for or the changes you want to happen in your life.
  • Releasing all your worries, stresses and anxieties through writing and visualizing that you’re giving it to God to take care of.
  • Creating positive mantras or affirmations for the day ahead.
  • Writing poems, thoughts, or ideas.
  • Drawing, scribbling, or doodling.
By doing any of these techniques, you’re better able to pour out all your thoughts on paper, instead of carrying them all throughout the day. It declutters your mind from piled up thoughts while boosting the flow of your thinking.
Do journaling for about 10-15 minutes depending on how your thoughts flow.
If writing doesn’t work for you, you may speak out loud or record your voice. What matters is pouring out whatever is filling your mind.

4. Setting an affirmation for the day.

You can make your own, or take from others an affirmation that resonates best for you. Sit with it for just a few moments.
If you like, you can write it down and pin it in places where you see it often.
By reciting affirmations, you’re raising your vibrations and setting up for a more positive mood ahead.
You can also set other purposes for your morning ritual, either it be for your relationships or life in general.
Committing to doing it will bring an enormous change in your life.

5. Stretching and breathing.

Recharge your batteries and clear out stagnant energies by getting the blood flowing through your body.
You can do a morning exercise that’s no longer than 5 minutes and includes a couple of push ups, pull ups and jumping jacks. Or, you can do Yoga.
If you do yoga, sun salutations will suffice. Doing stretches in any pose for 5 minutes will also do good.
Just keep in mind to breathe deeply in between stretches, inhaling in positivity and exhaling out all negativity.
This will boost your blood flow throughout your whole body and give you a sense of freshness energizing you to start the day.
Getting up early, meditating, boosting your thought flow, setting affirmations and activating your body creates a subconscious antenna tuned to receive guidance for your life calling without being disrupted by everyday distractions. Once you complete doing this for 30 minutes a day within 30 consecutive days, the change you see in you will amaze you greatly.

If Someone Has Any Of These 6 Traits They Are A Spiritual Master

To be a Spiritual Master means to be a form of inspiration and education to other people while following your personal spiritual journey of transformation.
A Spiritual Master is someone who teaches others through their way of living, but in the same time, learns from their personal journey and the others who walked before them.
Other cultures considered them as counselors who help shape values, people who share enlightenment from their personal experiences and have exemplary life acting as a source of inspiration in the evolution of others.
Spiritual Masters come to different people in different stages of their life, regardless of age, to help them go through the barriers and challenges. However, Spiritual Masters might not even know the role they play.
How to spot A Spiritual Master? Here are the 6 signs that clearly show someone achieved mastery in their spiritual journey:

6 Traits Of A Spiritual Master

1. A Spiritual Master is free of judgment and prejudice.

Spiritually advanced souls don’t mind your looks, language, or what stage of awareness you are. They believe that each one has a different story to tell and they respect that. They know that judging has more to do with the person doing the judging than the one being judged.

2. A Spiritual Master is sensitive but non-reactive.

While highly sensitive people, or empaths, have tendencies to quickly react to their emotions and feelings, Spiritual Masters know how to be sensitive while remaining non-reactive. They know too well the boundaries between feeling and being a feeling, and take responsibility for themselves.

3. A Spiritual Master teaches others naturally.

Being a teacher comes to all Spiritual Masters naturally. They don’t have the difficulty in engaging with others. They speak their heart without even realizing they share the most powerful lessons. The lessons they share flow easily and with clarity most of which are derived from their life experiences.

4. A Spiritual Master is the personification of love.

As humans, we find difficulty in loving our close people unconditionally. But Spiritual Masters have developed and practiced loving others unconditionally no matter who they are and what they are, even animals. It’s because they’ve reached the Divinity of being one with all creatures. They radiate love without much effort because that’s the default state of being they reached for themselves. They inspire that in others.

5. A Spiritual Master is free of attachments.

Because they have fully grasped what is important in this life, Spiritual Masters are able to let go of things that no longer matter. They know that everything on earth is temporary and must come to pass. Thus, they focus their time and energy into beautifying the Spirit and Soul, instead of their house or their looks.

6. A Spiritual Master has a deep connection and respect for the earth and everything that lives on it.

Spiritual Masters have a deep connection with the earth and all of its inhabitants. They’re aware of the interconnectedness of all, showing respect and appreciation of all human life. They know that they don’t own the earth, and strive to live their lives as equal participants on this journey while leading and helping others.
All of us may not be Spiritual Masters, yet emulating their actions and works is a great tool in helping ourselves and others, making our earthly journey an impactful experience and an inspiration for other generations.
